2. The Service

FASTANELLI provides AI assistance, live weather information, note-taking, reminders and related utility tools. Features may evolve over time, and we may add or remove tools with notice where practical.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address when registering.

4. AI-Generated Content

Answers and images produced by FASTANELLI AI are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

You may not use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no attempting to breach security, scrape data at scale, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Paid Plans

Paid plans (Super Sport, Super, and Super Charge) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

FASTANELLI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FASTANELLI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
